The area of A Mariña offers the chance to enjoy a truly outstanding range of activities, from diving with oxygen bottles, cycling routes, archery, surfing and kayaking as well as guided hiking excursions. Our personnel can reserve and organise any of these activities at a specially arranged price for the Pazo da Trave guests, either as individual activities or tailored to large or small groups.

As regards cultural tourism, the area stands out for its ceramics, the most famous being the Sargadelos factory and the work of Otero Regal found in the modern Centro de Artesanía in Viveiro, a unique project in Spain created by this artist based on the themes of ceramics and sculpture.
A few kilometres away, we can also find the Museo del Mar (sea museum) in San Ciprián and the Barco Boniteiro (tuna ship) Reina del Carmen in Burela.

Activities for children

We have arrangements with several companies specialised in children's activities which lend their services to us throughout the year and particularly in the summer,  offering: children’s paintball, surfing, kayaking and rowing, cycling and hiking, as well as general learning activities, etc.
